This page explains the cookies and similar browser storage that tmsolutech.com uses, and why. We keep this to what the website needs to work.

csrftoken — a security cookie that protects our forms (such as the contact form) from being submitted by other websites. It is essential and contains no personal information.
sessionid — remembers your visit for up to two weeks: which articles you have read (so each view is counted once), your “Was this helpful?” answers, and the last article you read, so that an enquiry you send afterwards tells us what you were reading. It also keeps team members signed in to the website’s admin area. It is not used to track you on other websites.

The site also saves a few small settings in your browser’s local storage. They never leave your device:

that you have accepted the cookie notice, so it is not shown again;
that our assistant, Tima, has already greeted you, so it does not pop up on every page;
that the menu introduction has already played during your visit.

We do not use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share information about your visit.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking the security cookie may stop forms on this site from working.
